    Your first steps at the Mini-Gym
    • Workout by yourself for a session to see if you like it.
    • Fee will be counted toward purchase of a 1Y, 6M or 10x plan.
  • Solo training - 1Y

    CHF 133.- per month
    Valid for one year
    • The gym will be reserved for your privat use
    • for 2 sessions per week.
  • Solo training - 6M

    CHF 150.- per month
    Valid for 6 months
    • The gym will be reserved for your privat use
    • for 2 sessions per week.
  • Coaching - 1x

    Perfect for beginners
    • Get a first introduction to barbell training in 60 mins.
    • Will be based on your interest or specific questions.
  • Coaching - 10x

    How not to be a beginner forever
    Valid for 6 months
    • Learn the principals of strength training.
    • Learn safe and effective execution of the movements.
    • Learn how to track your progress.

  • BFR Training

    Blood flow restriction instruction and training
